I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Missed You LW's!!!! The cruise was nice and being with 2 of our DD's, SIL's and 5 Grandkids was Wonderful!!! The kids had a blast and Pappy and Grandma got worn out....LOL. Our stomachs haven't been too good since we got home. My scales were up to a surprising # when I got home but just over night have come down some. My ankles are still swollen from the preservatives and the heat so I except to be back to normal on the scale within the next couple of days.

Started very cold but warmed up to a beautiful day. Teke and I had a nice drive. Been working on year end stuff and stuff to get ready for my survey in January. Our agency Christmas party is Thursday and I have to cook a turkey and pork roast. Not even sure I can thaw both in the frig at once. Ugh.
