I've been MIA - on the board everyday but not necessarily posting.
I've gained yet 5 more lbs and it's time to get serious. Day 3 of decarbing - which is the first step. I know it's the holidays but I can't let myself keep going at the rate I have been until after the first of the year....

I'll probably have 1 beer since it's for a friends' birthday party at a bar. but that's it. I'm driving and it's an hour each way.

Water: that is where I have been focusing on and found it has helped tremendously with the night time snacking/munchies. I've been getting in 100oz a day for the past few days!

Been missing you!!! Yeah, it is so easy to go up and so hard to go down these days. I've been working on getting back to my new happy place which is still higher than my old happy place and now have a wedding in the future. I would like to lose 10 before Mother of the Bride time but 5 would be great!!!
