Rainy day here.  Work to catch up on then muscle pump tonight.  Back on course after a crazy few weeks of eating.

decaf protein coffee  33g
oatmeal, blueberries, pecans
lemon tea protein 13g
chicken salad, cornbread
leftover greens and roast beef
Veggie Beef homemade soup, cornbread
protein hot chocolate or shake  33g

thank goodness the cornbread is gone

Looks good.  What are your thoughts about popcorn?  I have eaten it a few times lately and it settles ok and keeps me away from sugar stuff but not sure about anything else with it.  I almost always eat it traveling because there isn't much else that even pretends to be healthy in gas stations.

I think a little is fine but you sure can eat a lot of if you're not careful.
