WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Helloooooo LW's!!! I haven't been spending much time on the computer and when I looked at my mail today there were 358 with only 5 of them that I didn't delete. Crazy the junk mail I get!

Wow, it has been a busy week already. I don't know where the time goes...
Bad day today and I know I need to get back on here and start posting, it is just that the day goes by so fast. I am going to try and do better because I eat better when I post on here.

I don't think we will ever learn!! Eating sweets is a constant battle for me and today (Thursday) hasn't been good!

Wow, I can't carry a tune in a bucket. In high school my boyfriend was embarrassed to hear me sing in church. LOL

I think singing with a band would be cool!!You must have a very strong voice.
I think I mentioned before our DGD is going to a Performing Arts school for Music. She made Regional and States. At Regionals her and 5 other girls got chosen to sing a part and I could hear her over everyone. She also got a letter from the school that she wants to attend that if she stays in the music program and keeps her GPA where it is now she has a full ride for college.

Drove Teke, finished clipping him, washed his harness and carriage and packed them and the ATV in the trailer. It is suppose to rain tomorrow and I didn't want to be loading in the rain.
