WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Sitting at my desk enjoying my Protein Drink....YUM! I got billing all done so today is going to be a slow day unless a lot of clients come through the door. I didn't sleep much the last few nights. Although we fly a few times a year and I love it I have had such anxiety about traveling with all of shootings and plane crashes that have been happening.

DGD#1 came and spent the day with us today and helped me do my sweet baking for Thanksgiving. I had to bribe her with cupcakes...she doesn't like to leave home much and I had to pick her up this morning and take her home this afternoon. No spend the night with just her. DGS wanted to come too but I told him we would have to do it another day when I didn't having baking to do. Tomorrow will be cooking a lot of other things for Thursday. We do lunch on Thursday so I need to get most of it done or ready to finish Thursday morning.
