I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Morning Lightweights!! I missed posting yesterday because I had so much billing to do at work. My Director announced he was hiring someone to assist me and to run the front desk. I also got a decent pay raise with my new position....YEAH!! I have been fighting the sweet battle but I've been successful the last few days. My cousins coming to visit today from Ohio and I bought some cookies at a new bakery that opened and I'm going to try my best to not even take a crumb......
