Menus and Miles Sunday Nov. 15th
WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Sunny Sunday here today but the wind is pretty chilly. Other than my Protein Drinks nothing else is planned yet.

A beautiful but cold day in South Jersey. I carried 30 shoeboxes downstairs and made at least 6 trips up and down the steps! Now I've posted on a yard sale site to try to give them away!
B-orange and grilled salami
L-salad and turkey breast w/Tbl. Mayo
D-pork roast, carrots, Brussel sprouts
S-protein shake
Good Job on the Steps!!! Even after 7 years out I still feel blessed when I can go up and down the steps without huffing and puffing.
Filled with Shoes? I use to be obsessed with shoes. I remember lining them up the whole way around our bedroom once. DH never said a word.....lol. I don't think that would be the case now! I guess I am still am a little obsessed. I like things to match so I have sandals and tennis shoes to match every pair of dress pants that I have. I have arthritis in my right foot so I can't wear dress shoes to much any more.
Sounds Good!
