WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Spending the day watching All-Star Cheerleading. First competition season. DD has 17 teams this year up 5 teams this year.

Sounds Good!

17 teams sounds crazy. I can't imagine even remembering that many routines!! Much less having enough practice time for them all after school.
Teke and I went to a farm to drive today. Guys are gone to Atlanta to see DH's nephew play his last football game of the year so I have the house to myself until they get home tomorrow afternoon.

She amazes all of us. I watch her making the 8 count sheets for music and she knows every move for every count for every single team. Do you know what else is amazing? My DH can watch the routines and tell her what changes to make and where she needs to add something. They call their dad after every single performance to get his opinion. He is 95% right when it comes to their placement before the awards are announced. The other 5% depends on Judges Opinions. Yesterday he insisted that 2 of the teams that took 2nd should have been firsts and after the competition our DD's were told by a judge that they needed to watch the videos and call the hosting company and complain. I guess they decided 10 out of 13 wins was enough for 1 gym....lol.
DD#1 has always helped her but this past year she hired 4 assistant coaches to be her sidekick at each of the practices. They don't have any authority to change anything but she can have 2 teams at a time come in to the gym so she didn't need to add any more hours on for the new teams.
Can't get me started talking cheer....LOL.
Sounds Good!

McD's fish? DH was hungry for a fish sandwich but I thought they only had them for Lint. I'll have to check their web site.
DSIL's birthday was yesterday and he wanted cheesecake. We couldn't find one anywhere so he got an ice cream cake instead. I might make him one next weekend.
Sounds Yummy!
