Hi there Lightweights,

So i have reached month 9, it really did go quickly.

so weight loss has slowed down.  2 pounds this month

102 pounds total lost

though i cannot correct my ticker i am down to 128 pounds

i had a very good month in the measurements

over all feel great, not sure if there will be much more weight loss but with some great advice from OH site i am going to take out a few things from my meal times and see if for the month of November it makes a difference.

Exercise is great i ran a half marathon and a 10 k race in October PR both of them.

thank you all for the support.  As i get closer to maintenance i know this site becomes even more important

You may be done or maybe not.  Many folks keep losing for another 6 or so months after getting to your point, slowly but it keeps coming off.  Just keep on keeping on.  Now comes the hard part.

You are certainly a poster child for WLS.  You have done great and I know the exercise makes you feel terrific.  congrats on all your success.

You are more than welcome to steal my 100lb apple (wish I could tell you how but I don't remember).  If you change your weight on you health tracking page, I think it changes your ticker automatically.

Awesome Job!!!!!

Are you at a normal BMI yet?  I lost for about 18 months.  I was going to to tell you that you need to get a gold apple for losing 100 lbs. and I read Price's post telling you to copy hers.   I am so jealous of those apples!!!  I stopped before my body was ready and I only had 3 lbs. to go to hit 100 pounds...bummer!!

God is walking with me every step of the way. Because of HIM this is possible!!
