I woke up this morning not wanting to exercise, and actually climbed back in bed after I got up to go potty at 7:30. Couldn't stay in bed, feeling too guilty so I got up and walked with my hubby. Now, I'm happy that I did, but boy was I fighting it for a while.

E: walked 5 miles from local trail to the Nixon Library, and back. Discovered the last few days that my FitBit is not functioning properly, because I dropped it in water a week ago, and think I screwed it up. I can't live without my FitBit, so ordered a new one today and hope to get it before I go on vacation on Sunday.

It is so helpful to have a buddy in exercise. I love my muscle pump but I also know that my DH won't go if I don't and that is certainly extra incentive.
