This week sucks for me. I am stuck.
Last week: 140
This week: 141.2
I have been bouncing back and forth for a bit now. I cannot budge the 140s. TMI but I haven't has a BM in almost 2 weeks so I am pretty sure this is part of the non movement on the scale. Trying something today to see if it helps. I don't know if I have thrown myself into maintenance somehow or what but I have got to get the scale moving again. I am only 20 pounds from goal!

Have stopped losing pounds but am losing inches!
Daily benefiber saves me!! and when it is bad, Miralax. You can use both everyday. You really don't want a bowel blockage so don't play with this, get things moving even if it takes an enama or laxative. MOM is approved by most docs.
When you back on track, you will probably drop a couple of pounds and get you where you want to be. Hang in there but seriously, get your gut moving again.

I did MOM the other night with no relief. I've got ducolax that I'm about to take. I use to do Miralax in my shake but quit. I've always had this issue :( looks like I'll be adding the Miralax back in!
I sure hope so! My exercise isn't as vigorous as it was 2 months ago just because of life, but I've got to get it back going!

I have figured out a skating schedule and started a beginning ballet class. I am hoping that helps with flexibility. I also found a mini trampoline at a thrift store, I'm going to try jumping on that after work a couple of nights a week. For me, I think exercise is my key to maintenance.
I've heard a lot about the bouncing thing lately and how good it is for you. Just the word "ballet" is scary to me but hopefully you will have a wonderful instructor. For us older stiff folks, things like Ballet and yoga can be disappointing if you don't have the right instructor. Have fun. Hope to hear about more of you competitions soon.
