WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

After weeks of rain and grey skies, it is actually sunny and 70 here today. Drove Teke this morning then doing paperwork. The guys left this morning for Special Olympics State Games in golf. They are suppose to get rain tomorrow but hopefully they will have fun. And I have the house to myself. Hope to get lots done.

We had 3 days in the 70's and now we are getting rain and the temperatures have cooled down.
Do a little relaxing Price! My DH will be home late Sunday night and I've had a total of 45 minutes to myself since he's been gone and I totally took advantage of it!!! I sat down on the recliner with a hot cup of Vanilla Tea and I zoomed through the commercials of 2 TV shows I had taping and only watched the highlights. It's crazy how long those commercials are that you can watch two 1 hour programs in less than an hour.
