I hope you resisted the candy! I didn't do soooo good! I told DD's take every piece home with them and then I found a couple of pieces this morning!

B: Hickory Farms chicken bites with chipotle sauce

S: slice cheese, slice turkey, some grapes

D: Spaghetti squash casserole

W: excellent

E: ok, not as good as last week

No Halloween candy for me even though we had 90 candy bars in the house.

My daughter is visiting from Washington, and we had a wonderful time seeing old friends today.

5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!

Sounds like a good Protein Day! Did your Surgeons or NUT recommend any kind of Protein Drinks? I'm not sure what the recommendations are for the VSG Protein total.

My NUT tells me to get 57-85 grams of protein a day, so I'm fine according to her guidelines.

We only had 3 kids come to the door...then the grandbabies came over and that made 3 more. Leftover candy going in the freezer right now!
