I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Happy Halloween!!! The Grandkids are sooo excited about Trick or Treat. There's going to be lots of Princesses and Super Hero's running around my house tonight.
Do you live in the part of the country that has to change their clocks after midnight? I hate this time of the year because it's always dark by the time I get out of work and that's such a bummer.

I hate turning the clocks back. I have to shift everything with the horses earlier, esp when I go to muscle pump since it will be dark when I get home.
We haven't had a single trick or treater since we moved here in 91. I think they don't do that much here plus we have a long dark driveway. At least I'm not tempted by the candy.

No trick or treaters yet. We haven't had one in 28 years, but thought since we were in town we might have some this year. I sent DH to buy the candy and he got suckers and things like that so glad because they don't really bother me.
