WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Afternoon LW's!! I have a short day at work because DH is leaving for a hunting trip in Iowa and there are always last minute things he needs for me to buy him. Big difference between me and him...I'm already packing my things for our cruise at the end of November...LOL.

Dinner: Not Sure
Snack: 3 TB. of unpopped Plain Popcorn (didn't start this until I was on Maintenance

L: Spaghetti w/sauce - someone had mixed it together so I decided to eat some - I took about 4 bites and was full and uncomfortable - noodles just do not sit well in my pouch which is a good thing

I don't touch DH's bag. I don't want to get blamed if he forgets something....LOL. I'm in charge of buying whatever is on his list and his snacks. I just wish he wouldn't wait until the last minute to give me a list.
What kind of Protein do you add to your tea? I can't drink the Lemon Tea any more. With the caffeine and acid my bladder just can't handle it. I was surprised to find out the Mint Cookie doesn't have caffeine. It doesn't seem to bother me at all.
I have to limit myself when it comes to noodles. I LOVE noodles!

Kids are all grown up and I try really hard not to clean, lol. I'd rather clean the barn than the house anyday. I work from home and that does allow me a lot of freedom but it also means I am "on call" 24/7. Which is a major reason I sneak away with my pony as often as I can.
They will be gone too soon. Enjoy them while they are home.

What's the symbol mean that you have been putting at the end of your sentence? Price is right they will be grown up soon and they won't need you to drive them around. I felt completely lost during that time. Now the grandkids keep me busy but it's a different kind of busy....
