Frustrated
Today I am very frustrated. I have been the same weight for the last 3 weeks.
I log all of my food in. I have met my protein everyday. I get all of my water in and I exercise 6 days a week. What gives???? I know we hit stalls but 10 weeks out!!!!! I was doing great!! Now 3 weeks and holding. I couldn't lose weight before surgery and now after such a sacrifice I am scared I will be right where I was to begin with.
Just need a little encouragement right now.

Please don't get frustrated. Stalls for me happened for 2-3 sometimes 4 weeks but then things would start moving in the right direction. Your body knows what it is doing if you give it the right tools. Follow the food plan your surgeon gave you and move as much as you can. Stalls are part of the process not the end to all ends. Stay motivated and look at how far you have come.
Congrats on your RNY!!!
I'm guessing it's just a stall. Some stall often and others not very much. If you are using Protein drinks increase them for 3 days and then cut back to your norm. If you are just eating Protein then I suggest the same thing but only use good Protein (meat not peanut butter). Personally I don't know how I would be able to Maintain my weight loss with out drinking Good Protein.
Did you take your Measurements? I don't know how this is possible but usually during the stalls we loose inches.
Keep us Updated!!

God is walking with me every step of the way. Because of HIM this is possible!!

Stalls are a but that likely is exactly what it is. Try posting on miles and menus and see if there is something we can see that you don't. If you are eating according to your plan, getting in your fluid and protein goals and moving, you WILL lose. Your body is just taking it's own sweet time about it.
I bet your pants are loser. It will happen, just hang in there.
