WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Afternoon LW's! I took a vacation today because DD#3 and I were going to do some shopping but instead I am watching 2 grandbabies because DD had to get a test done on her gall bladder. Her testing from being in the hospital after her kidney stone attacks showed she also has gall stones.

We have grandkids practically every day plus I take 2 of them to school every morning. Sometimes it's exhausting but DH and I actually are bored and miss them when they aren't here. We rarely see DD#2's girls which makes us really sad. The oldest had a concert one night this past week and she has another one next Saturday so we will get to see them for a few minutes twice this month. I miss them terribly but DD and the girls don't seem to mind. I do get to catch up with them on FB so at least I feel like I know a little of what's going on in their lives. The other 4 (plus baby) cry every day to come to Pappy and Grandma's house.
My IC has been riled up so I've had to give up my Chili for awhile until it calms down. I bought some Syntrax Twisted Cherry and after a 1/2 cup my bladder was cramping terribly so that's going to be on hold for awhile too. Hopefully I will be able to drink it later.
Sounds Good Gina!
