VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done

MILES:
2 -15 minute walks, 20 leaning push-ups, 20 squats and stretches
standing at the computer 1/2 the day working...worked out of the office 1/2 a day

This is what my nutritionist tells me. She doesn't like to count carbs she just tells me to stay away from the "bad" carbs or the simple carbs that had me gain weight to begin with. I must say after cutting them pre-op and not having any post-op I don't even crave the bad carbs anymore. This is major for me, cause I loved me some bread. Now no thanks I'd rather get full on some good old protein!
