WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Happy over the Hump Day LW'S!!! I got my monthly V B12 shot this morning. I wonder when my PCP will check my levels again.

Hi Roz,
Going to be a busy day so I am posting ahead of time today. I have to pick up DGD#2 this afternoon, we have to be at the church at 5 to finish setting up for our fall festival tonight, then I have to drive her 1/2 home so it is going to be a late night too..
I took all the cake crumbs from yesterday and am trying to make cake pops to give away so they will be out of my house!

I love fall festivals and craft shows. I rarely buy anything but I enjoy browsing. Our local football team is having one Sat. and I'm hoping I get there. DGD has a concert in the afternoon and then Trick or Treat so I have a busy day planned.
I hope the cake pops worked out for you! DH is away on a hunting trip so I'm going to have my DD hide the candy container that I keep for the grandkids so I don't keep getting into it.
Sounds Good!!

Welcome to M&M!!!!! Posting keeps me honest!! Even on bad days it's better to admit that I messed up than to not post and continue screwing up for the day.

Awesome!!! I hope it works out for you!!!
Are you tired of working from home? I did it for a couple of years and it drove me crazy. I watched the 2 newborns during that time and although I felt thankful I had that opportunity I missed adult communication and getting out of the house. I'm so thankful I found the job I have now.
Sounds Good!!
