WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Afternoon! I started this early in the morning but never got to fini**** Just drove 1.5 hours over the speed limit to see DGSon#1 Basketball Game then ran to the car to drive the same distance back to watch DGSon#2 at his Basketball Camp. He was 15 minutes late so he only got to do half of it but he got his end of the season medal and seeing his smile was worth rushing for. Now DH is taking a nap (I drove but he is wore out...LOL) and I'm trying to catch up on things.

Snack: Piece of Cheese
Lunch: 1 Chicken Tender and a couple hushpuppies

Snack: Nature Valley Almond Crunch Bar--YUM!! (ONLY buy the Gluten Free)
Dinner:Steak and Cole Slaw
Snack: 3 TB. of unpopped Plain Popcorn (didn't start this until I was on Maintenance
