I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Happy Sunday!!! I enjoyed a plate of Scrambled Eggs this morning and it was so filling! I'm going to hold off on my Protein Drink for awhile until the house warms up a bit.

I'm really sick of OH and their computer problems. If you copy and paste it prints everything double. When you try to do spell check "insert
link" and insert image" comes up. And if you want to put a picture on they want all kinds of info.
I can't get on my home page either.
