Last week I was camping but before had been 134
today 134
I came home from camping heavier but have gotten back to my "new" normal since being home. Yesterday because it was cool, I pulled out my flannel lined jeans from last winter and they were perfect. I guess my body is happy here. At the same time, I know I would be 150 in a heart beat if I wasn't paying attention.

Last week I slipped up to 122 and it's taken a week of Protein and watching my carbs to get me down to 121. I still have 1 or 2 to go to get me back in my comfort range.

2 lbs a week is pretty normal after that first couple of weeks with big drops. You are doing great!!! Remember, for us, it is % of excess weight, not just the number of pounds!!

Thanks for the encouragement. Today is 13 weeks post-op, and only down 25lbs total. But again, slow... but moving in the right direction! Excited to be in the 130s, though!!

At least for me, road trips are very hard. I always come back heavier. I think part of it is just the sitting, not getting in all my fluids (can't stop to pee all the time) and eating differently than at home. It will come back off. YOu can do this!!!!

2 weeks ago: 144.8
This week: 142
Not bad considering the kids were out of school for 2 weeks and my daughters birthday and birthday party was during that time. My exercise has slipped. I haven't ran in two weeks. And carbs are creeping in. Time to check them at the door again! Been dealing with some family things so the hardest part is to actually make sure I eat and drink. Usually when upset I tend to forget those things. The past 4 days have been bad on liquids, but am trying hard today to get my fluids up!
