We are going to the outlets shopping today so lunch is Undecided. I'm thinking meat from the Chinese stand. Skipping the rice
Snack: One of my usual nut bars.
Dinner: definitely protein
Another protein shake in here somewhere.

Drove Teke this morning then went to get 2 new barn kitties. They are tiny and rescues so they need to spend some time in the house away from the other kitties for a while, on meds to be sure they are healthy. But they seem very sweet and hope they will be a good addition to the family.

I love cats but DH is extremely allergic to them. We've had outside ones but they never seem to survive it in the country. Either they stray away or something gets them. Maybe if they had a barn to live in they would do better.
