Can you lose too much?

I had surgery last Nov and I have lost too much weight which is a concern for me. I'm 11 months out and down from almost 300 lbs down to 143, and I'm a 6'1 male.

My labs, cardio, general health are all good and the doctor thinks I'm in a stabilization mode now. If I were to lose any more, I'll be taking meds to help absorb more.

I'm healthy in every way, just concerned about being too thin. If I rebound from here, then all is good and the journey will have been worth it.

What's a normal BMI range for you? I understand the feeling of being too thin but at 7 years out I still regret going on Maintenance too early. Maintenance leads to carbs which adds on pounds quickly and it's hard to stop. You need to get a Gold Apple for losing 100 pounds for your signature.

God is walking with me every step of the way. Because of HIM this is possible!!

I don't think you can accurately predict where you will end up from the first two weeks. Go to all the support group meetings and ask there, as well as your surgeon.
