Sounds like it's working for you - it may not work for everybody.

To me the real key is eating fa t free carbs particularly fresh veggies ! If you keep it fat free ( ie juicing or pureeing and lightly cooking ) it seems to work for weight loss ... of course it is expensive . Or you can just cook like an Asian ... sautee your fresh veggies with spices at a high temperature for each meal . Include brown rice if you like .

Welll youre hearing from da devil lol . Im approx 124 lbs 59 give and take 4 lbs depending on hormones and mental health :)( due to self medication with excess food and lack of exercise lol) . I would include a hot bikini pic except this site is getting stranger and stranger ...now its impossible to post pics

I LIVE on rice and peas. I barely eat meat ...hate fish and pretty much choke on chicken so I rule it out . I love bread :) popcorn ( air popped ) salad soups and oriental foods minus the oils . Sugar makes me sick so I dont eat it ... I do love peanut butter but in its fat free form andI mixit with homemade artisanal organic jam ... the powdered kind. Tastes fantastic on homebaked sourdough bread :).

I am trying to eat more pulses ( lentils beans) and Indian vegetarian recipes . Thereis a HUGE vegetarian community in Asia. And BTW all you have to do is LOOK at a fifty or seventy year old longtime vegetarian to know the diet works anti-aging wonders .
