WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Afternoon LW's!!! Thanks for the Responses yesterday!!! Posting on M&M daily is soooo Important to me and it helps keep me honest!!! If there is a day that I know I won't be posting I KNOW I slip in something that I shouldn't. BUT....We ALL understand that bad days and even bad weeks happen and not posting only leads to more of those!!!
My oldest DGD goes to a Performing Arts School and she is singing in 3 Choruses this evening. I LOVE going to their Performances. Such a talented group of students. I'm not sure what will eat on the way there but I'll do my best!

Hi Roz,
Finally a successful eating day yesterday. I felt so much better this morning!!
I agree it is so important and sure helps me eat better when I do it. I knew I needed to get back on here and start posting even if I am not doing what I am suppose to I still need to be accountable for it. Thanks to everyone on here for the support.
Hope you have a fun time tonight. Our DGD#2 is in a little play at her school Friday afternoon and then they are letting the little ones cheer at half time Friday night at the football game so we will be tied up with her most of the day. I am working on a big cake for this weekend, so excited about it. I have never done one like this and sure hope it turns out good.
