WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Afternoon LW's!!!!! Is any one else having trouble posting? I wrote to the site and explained my problems but never heard back from them. Everything I post is being doubled or the site says they are working on it.

Maintenance 6+ years

Breakfast:

Protein: Matrix Mint Cookie 35g

Snack: Banana

Lunch: Small Wendy's Chili

Snack: 6 Saltines with a Lite Laughing Cow Swiss Cheese Wedge

Snack: Matrix Mint Cookie 23g (Probably doubled)

Snack: Nature Valley Almond Crunch Bar--YUM!! (ONLY buy the Gluten Free)

Dinner: Not Sure

Snack: 3 TB. of unpopped Plain Popcorn (didn't start this until I was on Maintenance

morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

MILES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer all day working

I wish they would leave the site alone! Do you work at home every day now? What ever happened with your DH's job? I'm pretty sure my DH is retiring in the spring.

Yeah, I'm working from home every day. Our contract ends in November but I'm hoping to get back on board as a gov't employee. That's what I was before I went on active duty.

DH's contract was switched to another company and he was not working for a couple of months. He's back at his old position now, thank goodness!

I don't know if we'll ever be able to retire, it's so expensive here. Maybe we should look into moving your way when the time comes, at least we'd be close to Son#2.
