I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Afternoon LW's!! I had to turn in a head shot for my 6 yr. anniversary at work and for once I wasn't fretting about turning it in! I could have used my badge picture from when I started but I have to admit the bounce back pounds look pretty good on me. I truly believe your body knows when to stop losing and after you go on Maintenance if you stick with the Protein and eat healthy it knows what the perfect weight is for you. In my picture I look happy and healthly!

Am I the only one who is having trouble with OH? If I copy and paste everything doubles.
