Menus and Miles Wednesday Oct. 7th for Roz
I'm only starting this because I actually logged EVERYTHING I put into my mouth yesterday and wanted to post. :) It wasn't perfect, but it was okay and I feel better about how I ate then I have in a while. I feel like every time I turn around something is pulling me to eat things I don't want to eat (well I want to, but they aren't on my weight loss plan).
Like at work yesterday.... we were planning to have cake today for the October birthdays. Our boss always buys the cake. Well his birthday was yesterday so we had to do something special for him right?!?! I mean he can't just have cake for the October birthday's that he bought. So we had pie for him. There was cherry, pecan and chocolate pie. I stayed strong. I went and got my yogurt and had that instead, but I wanted chocolate the rest of the evening.... and caved when my son asked for a chocolate bar while checking out at Kohl's. We shared one. (Small victory, we SHARED one.... I didn't buy us each one...) :/
Anyway.... this was my eating for the day...
Plexus Slim Pink Drink (0 protein, 3 carbs)
Breakfast: 1/2 cup turkey sausage, 1/2 cup Egg Beaters (20 protein, 2 carbs)
Lunch: 1 can tuna with 2 tbsp. light mayo and 1 tbsp. dill relish (42 protein, 2 carbs)
Snack: Dannon Light & Fit Greek Yogurt, Cherry (12 protein, 9 carbs)
Snack: Half Godiva Dark Chocolate with Mint Chocolate Bar (1 protein, 11.5 carbs)
Dinner: Half Chick Fil A Cobb Salad with Spicy Dressing (20 protein, 13 carbs)
Snack: 16 animal crackers (2 protein, 25 carbs)
Totals for the day: 97 protein, 65.5 carbs, 1073 calories and 46 fat
