WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
Off for Columbus Day! Last year I complained all day about being off for this day because the Grandkids had school and DD's weren't around but this year everyone has off...YEAH! It's also going to be the last warm day for awhile "74" so we are going to Living Treasures Animal Park.

Hope you have a great day, Roz. It is beautiful here and should be in the low 70s all week. I love fall.
Got home last night from a great week of camping in Kentucky at the Horse Park with about 300 other carriage drivers. It is such fun to be with a slew of folks who love the same thing you do. I thought my eating wasn't too bad until I stepped on the scale this morning. I did partake in the wine and cheese each night but that was my supper so I wasn't too up tight about it. Oh well, back on the straight and narrow this morning. Muscle pump tonight.
