S - 1 regular coffee and 1 protein coffee (30g) w/1/2&1/2
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g) and chef salad
S - popcorn
D - leftover Chinese food
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - Greek yogurt

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done
heme iron: done

MILES:
4 - 15 minute walks, 40 leaning push-ups, 40 squats and stretches

Looks great as usual. I'm glad I don't have carbsmart ice cream. I don't think I need to have any kind of ice cream in the house.

L: Egg white salad from Trader Joe's, it was yummy

D: Chicken with tomatoes and onions, and brussell sprouts, my first veggie-YES

S: light string cheese

Water: on track

Exercise: day off from busy weekend

Vitamins: excellent

5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!
