WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES  during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this:  I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!!  I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up.   It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Over the hump day!!!   One of the days I'm going to get a picture taken on a camel for over the hump day....something I wouldn't have done 7 years ago because I would have broken his back....LOL.  What would a camel look like with a broken back?

No rain today but it has started again now and is 90-100% for the next few days.  We are all going to mold.  Drove Teke around the neighborhood because everything else is too wet.  Then to muscle pump.  We did body scans again and my fat % is back down, 23% from 24%, woo hoo.  Normal is 25-31 so I am officially under fat.

decaf protein coffee  33g
eggbeaters, kale, cheese
lemon tea protein 13g
lentil soup w/cheese
lemon tea protein  13g
smoked pork chop, cooked apples
protein shake  33g

That's Awesome Price!!  I'm betting with all of my extra skin and sagging belly my fat % would be out of the normal range.

I'm cooking a huge pot of ham and bean soup and boy does my kitchen smell YUMMY!

How do you cook apples?  Do you put cinnamon on them? I get so hungry for something sweet.

I think the machine doesn't read extra skin as fat, it couldn't or I would be way higher.  My trainer is soooo fit and you can't see an ounce of fat anywhere but her % is higher than mine.  I don't understand it.

I cut them up and cook them on low with a little butter and sweetner.  DH isn't big on cinnamon so sometimes I do it, sometimes not.

I bet your kitchen smells wonderful.  I have definitely been in a soup mood.  Making white chicken chili this weekend because I have white beans in the freezer.
