WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
I have the day off to take my DD to the Doctor, do the school runs, etc. I'm not sure what my eats are going to be because the cupboards are pretty bare. I just can't get up enough energy to go to the grocery store.

Maintaining is a good thing if you are at a normal BMI but if you are still in the losing stage you need to up your protein and get to goal before your time runs out. Don't forget the 15 bounce back pounds that might show up.

Linda
This morning when I picked DGS up for school she said she was feeling better but then she called me crying a few hours ago. She said her stomach is very nauseated and she is feeling confused. I'm guessing some of that is from the meds.
I have 3 1/2 vacation days I have to take by the end of Oct. and I'm thinking I need to take them now. My Manager is retiring on Friday and I need to be here in case she has things she needs to tell me.
Baking cakes would be the end of me! My DGD wants to make Gobs and I just keep putting her off.
Sounds Good!
