Hi everyone,

B: Protein Decaf Coffee
S: Decaf Coffee - I reduced my Sweet & Low to 1 pack to see if it may be causing the sugar cravings
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L: Salad w/ 1 Grilled Chicken Tender & Deli Ham, Lite Rasp. Vineg. Dressing
S: Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D: Turkey Sausage, 2 eggs
S: If I have one it will be Sugar Free Fat Free Cheesecake Pudding w/ lite cool whip
Vitamins: Done
Water/Fluids: 100 ozs
Miles: We washed all the windows inside/out, plantation blinds & screens in the house - took us all day so I think that is enough miles for one day. I would go to bed now but don't think I could sleep all night!

I had a crazy day. Should have been fine but I got stuck in traffic where a garbage truck had caught fire on the interstate. It took me 2.5 hr to do what normally takes 45 min. Then everything else was backed up. Oh well, I leave tomorrow for my show and still have tons to do. But it is also suppose to rain so I will have plenty of time to clean carriage and harness tomorrow. At least the show is only about an hour away so travel time won't be bad, just rain, rain, rain. Hopefully it will be over and not drown the whole weekend.

Looks good Gina! I bet you can have butter popcorn too...that's the way I like it.
I didn't realize you were working from home. Do you get to do it everyday or so many days a week. I always wanted to, but I'm probably not disciplined enough since I am a procrastinator. Except I do get my cakes out on time.
Linda
Buttered popcorn, yes, but usually I don't add extra. I've working from home for several months now. None of my other coworkers are local or working from the office, so we all work from home and only go in when we have to, which isn't often.
