WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES  during the Honeymoon Period.

 

I feel I need to repeat this:  I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!!  I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up.   It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Snack:         3 TB. of unpopped Plain Popcorn (didn't start this until I was on Maintenance

Hi Roz,

It flooded here last night in places and some areas had to be evacuated.  It was some of the lower areas and some places got over 7 inches of rain during the night.  Willie has not gotten upset with the weather since we moved until last night.  He walked all around and on my head for 2 hours....

WOW...that's a lot of rain!!  I was wondering one day about how Willie has adjusted to the new house and I kept forgetting to ask you. 

We are having Beautiful Weather this week.  I'm glad I saved a few vacation days because I love the Fall.

He loves it here.  Al walks him every morning and we both try to walk him every afternoon.  He would never walk at our other house, but he loves his walks here - funny..

He did get bit by another dog a couple of weeks ago so now Al takes a stick with him.

This is the first time he has gotten upset since we moved here about the weather.  It was pretty bad so I guess he got scared.  He used to do this everytime it rained at the other house.

Sorry for the folks it affected but I sure wish we would get some of it.  We probably will, while I am showing this weekend, Not a VBG.  We are so dry my pond is like a puddle.
