Just got home from taking Teke to a friend's farm to drive. It was HOT at 87 but we needed to get off my little property. I think we are due for a cool down this week, hope so because I have a show next weekend and it will be miserable if it is this hot.
My exercise for the day, besides driving was loading and unloading the carriage, vbg.

I see you creeping some carbs in there. I will be interested to see if it helps/hinders. When I do, it is usually horrible ones like a desert, not a little English muffin or rice, so I know it is not helpful.
