WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES  during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this:  I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!!  I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up.   It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Happy Saturday!!  If you have to work today...I'm soooo sorry!  Although when I'm working during the weekdays sometimes I think it sure would be nice to have a weekday off.   I took a Protein Quiz this morning and the results came back that I'm a Pro...haha!  The only question I was surprised as that peas have a lot of Protein and I didn't know that.  I fell in love with raw Sugar Pea Pods this summer and I would have ate a lot more if I had known.     We went out to a Buffet last night before we went Miniature Golfing (the grandkids had a Blast!!). Both of my DD's and I complained about stomach cramps before the meal was even over.  I've run to the bathroom several times this morning.  I did not over eat but what I did eat (90% protein) must have had a lot of preservatives on it.
