lower BMI and I have questions please

I would say you can start working back up to your crossfit training level after a good month post-op. The first month post-op they don't you lifting anything heavier than a gallon of milk. Walking is fine though.

I was a 30 BMI when my doctor talked to me about RNY for diabetes remission.  It sounded too drastic and ten years later I was 35 BMI and my insurance paid  For me it is so easy because I am never hungry and what I do eat does not seem to cause weight gain.  I eat small servings of about 200 calories per meal six times a day.

My biggest regret is not having the surgery 10 years earlier.
