I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
YES!! This is my Friday Dance......!!!! It is suppose to be in the 80's here in PA and the evening is suppose to be beautiful! Sent my DD's messages to see if the wanted to go Miniature Golfing tonight. We kept saying all summer we were going to go and it just never happened. This will probably be our last nice weekend.
Tomorrow I have to work on my flower garden. There's a few things I want torn out that I didn't like and I need to add a few.
