Menus and Miles Thursday Sept. 17th

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES  during the Honeymoon Period.

 

I feel I need to repeat this:  I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!!  I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up.   It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

 

Happy Thursday LW's!!!!  I just went to Wendy's to get Chili for today and tomorrow.  Then I drove to McDonald's to get a large Unsweetened Ice Tea.  I like McDonald's tea soooo much better than the other fast food restaurants so it's worth the drive.

 

Maintenance 6+ years

Breakfast:   1 Lite Baby Bell Cheese

Protein:       Matrix Mint Cookie  35g

Snack:         Peach

Lunch:         Small Wendy's Chili

Snack:         1 Beef Jerky

Snack:         Matrix Mint Cookie  23g     (Probably doubled)

Snack:         Nature Valley Almond Crunch Bar--YUM!! (ONLY buy the Gluten Free)       

Dinner:        Steak

Snack:         3 TB. of unpopped Plain Popcorn (didn't start this until I was on Maintenance

WOW...I'm glad you and Gina are posting!!  When I open up my site I only see my very mature looking face looking back at me.

I actually had some peanut butter last night and it tasted sooo good!  Bad thing is I ate it on bread....

I actually had some for breakfast this morning.  I toasted half a pita then added peanut butter and SF jelly.  It was wonderful.  Maybe even better than my pb and chocolate protein powder.

B - Greek yogurt w/blueberries
S - 2 regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
S - peanuts
L - tuna salad
S - popcorn
D - bunless cheese dogs
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: done 
heme iron: done

MILES:
4 - 15 minute walk, 40 push-ups, 40 squats and stretches
standing at the computer all day working
