I'm new to the weekly weigh-in. So for my first week...On Saturday I woke up at 7:30 am, weighed--not happy, went back to bed until 10:00 am. Good news!! 189.6 Sunday back up to 190.2. Hoping for 2 pound loss this week from 189.6.
Good Luck everyone this week. Beautiful fall weather, great for walking and yard work.

What surgery did you have and when? As lightweights, we can't count on those 2# losses going on forever, lol.

I had RNY, changed sig to show, I thought it was listed somewhere. I hope I get 2# losses for a while, I'm only at 6 weeks out. But....I'll take whatever I get. I lost 25 pounds in the 2 months before surgery, so I was only expecting about 10 pounds the first month, so was very happy with 17.

You are doing great. I hated it when the 2# a week dropped to 1# a week but I never stalled so that was good. Stalls suck.

I don't want to know, but then I do want to know. When did the 2# drop down to 1#. Was it after so many weeks/months or when you lost a particular amount of weight? No....don't tell me, yes--do tell.

Actually, I remember my losses slowing down a bunch about 5 months but I didn't have big losses like you did before surgery.
Do you know about the estimator? on this site? It was great for me because everytime I thought I should be losing more I would check in with it and sure enough, I was either right on target or ahead. Go to the "more" above and then to resources and it is post op planner.
