WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!
I figured since I posted soooo late yesterday I better make it a priority today....also waiting for a client to show up for her appointment.

How do you toast your pitas? What brand did you say you buy? Do they have a good taste? I've tried a few and I can't even gag them down.
Sounds Good Price!!

I use Joseph's. I can get them at most of the better groceries or Walmart. They have a pita and a wrap. The wrap I can only do toasted because it is way too soft otherwise. the pita is ok either way. I use a toaster oven but they can burn quickly because they are so thin.
