I bounced some between the two last week but was mostly at 134, then up again today.  Oh well, backing down on the carbs again.

How did you do?

Missed last week.

2 weeks ago: 155.4

this week: 151

Everything is slowly starting to slow down weight loss wise. I am hoping it picks up again soon though. I am running/walking at least 3x a week and just started pilates 2x a week for an hour. Still logging everything I eat and keeping my carbs under 20 on most days. I know weight loss will slow down but I thought that would be with the last 10-15 not the last 30-35. However, I am happy that I am getting closer to the 140s. It's been a while since I have seen those and I am looking forward to being there again!

I started slowing down at 5-6 months.  And I had RNY so was still malabsorbing.  It just happens.  You just keep on keeping on and will get to goal.  4+ # in 2 weeks is great.  Probably can't expect more consistently from here out.  But you will get there.  Then you just keep on keeping on anyway so it doesn't matter.  This is a journey, not a race.

132 not bad considering I ate soy sauce and my fat free" velveeta" the day before weighing.   Have had a couple of days of " reluctant loading " with exercise this week .. grrrr..but still like my body
