Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES  during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this:  I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!!  I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up.   It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Hope you had a Wonderful Labor Day!!  I guess that means it's official that summer is over but we have been blessed with 90 degree weather. First day of school for our local school.  The two 2nd graders were very excited to go today because they are in the same class room.  I sure hopes that works out....LOL.

I have a horrible cold and sinus headache so I haven't been eating much but I'm trying to get lots of fluids in.

Sorry you are sick.  Hope you feel better soon.

School started here weeks ago.  It has been pleasant here in the upper 70s.  Clipped the pony today which is lots of exercise, bending around trying to get to all of him.  But he will feel better working without a winter coat on.  He was so good standing there for hours while I did it!

scale is moving down again but I am almost afraid to jinx it.

Worked on my house all weekend.  Doing the mother in law suite for when my mom comes to visit in 3 weeks.  Can't wait to see my mom and dad.  I made a huge dinner Monday and nobody ate it.  I been eating it until its gone.  Feeding 10 people can be hard when you want to feed them healthy food.  Yesterday my husband wanted comfort food.  I am Japanese I don't make mac and cheese but I did and everyone loved it.  I made BBQ Ribs and Mac and Cheese.  I had a salad.

B:  Protein Shake

S:  Chicken Stir Fry

L: Chicken Stir Fry

D:  Large Salad with 2 hard boiled eggs.
