I'll get this started for Roz.  I drove Teke this morning then got a bunch of paperwork done.  Not very exciting for a holiday!

Paperwork weekend for me too .. its like pulling TEETH...taking responsibility .. I'm such a big baby  especially when it comes to money  ( its why I have none too)

Of course " having" to  do this organiization is a GRAND excuse for over-munching

air popped popcorn w fat free " velveeta" 6 cups popped

2 NA beers with lime 

meium bowl Greek salad w added fat free feta and heirloom tomatoes fat free blue cheese dressing

2 big contaiiners milky chai tea 

2 big containers high-test milky coffee w sugar free Torani syrup 

crust off fresh braided Italian loaf 

scallops and shrimp scampi wfresh peppers and mushrooms over lefover glutinous jasmine rice, mushrooms and garlic Chinese eggplant

homegwn fallgold raspberries ( about 2 cups)

2 medium bowls homecooked red beans flavored w ham slices

D - steak and fresh tomatoes w/mayo

morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
4 - 15 minute walk, 40 leaning push-up, 40 squats and stretches
