Menus and Miles Wed. Sept. 2nd
Thank you! It's been going slow, but it's my fault. :( I have been really busy with my sons football schedule and school starting back up and just life. I've let carbs slip back in little by little, then I get frustrated that the scale isn't moving. I have gotten back on track this week though and I'm feeling great! I've started taking a Zumba Class and they also do Strength Training twice a week. I can drop my son off at football while I go workout. This is great "me" time and I'm not tempted to eat the popcorn and skittles (my football weaknesses) that they sell at concessions every evening at practice. I love that I workout for an hour instead of sit on my bum and snack for 2! :)
Carbs are the "WL killer" food....lol! I'm not talking veggies, nuts etc. but "bad" carbs like rice, potatoes, bread, pasta, chips etc. I've never counted carbs so I don't have a clue how many I have a day. I just avoid what I consider "bad" carbs and make sure I get as much "good" protein in as possible.

Yes they are!! I'm not horrible with the bad carbs, but I need to stay completely away until I reach my goal! And then I will have to really limit them! I haven't be diligent about tracking my food. I've been keeping track in my mind, but not writing it down. I'm back on track with that. This really helps me!!
