WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up. It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Haha-I am having a hard time keeping up with what day it is... I thought I had an appointment for my annual eye exam this afternoon but they didn't call to confirm it so I came home after I worked this morning and found the card and it was for 2014 not 2015. I went last year but didn't even have an appointment for this year scheduled. Sometimes I feel crazy!!

haha...i only read the first couple of words to your post and thought you were referring to me writing the wrong date or something. That's pretty bad Linda that you moved and everything and still had an old appt. card.
I threw my box of carbquik out. It was so old I figured it probably had worms. I just couldn't get past the carb cravings it gave me.

I had a really busy, hectic day today guys! Didn't get to walk and that always bums me out. Especially on a day when I need it. Managed to eat a couple of Hershey's Kisses and Life Savers today, but it's ok.
