Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!   Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD  CHOICES  during the Honeymoon Period.

 

I feel I need to repeat this:  I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!!  I have IC (Irritable Bladder Syndrome) and I can only have them while I'm not having a flare up.   It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

 

Over the Hump Day!!!

Breakfast: 

Protein:       Matrix Mint Cookie  35g

Snack:       

Lunch:         Healthy Request Wedding Soup...YUK!!

Snack:        1 Laughing Cow Lite Swiss wedge and 6 Saltines

Snack:        Matrix Mint Cookie  23g     (Probably doubled)

Snack:        Nature Valley Almond Crunch Bar--YUM!! (ONLY buy the Gluten Free)       

Dinner:     

Snack:        3 TB. of unpopped Popcorn   (didn't start this until I was on Maintenance)

S - 2 regular coffees w/1/2&1/2
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
S - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
D - leftover chicken stir fry and BBQ ribs
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: started 
heme iron: pending

MILES:
3 - 15 minute walks, 30 leaning push-ups, 30 squats and stretches
standing at the computer working all day

Hi Roz,

Haha-I am having a hard time keeping up with what day it is...  I thought I had an appointment for my annual eye exam this afternoon but they didn't call to confirm it so I came home after I worked this morning and found the card and it was for 2014 not 2015.  I went last year but didn't even have an appointment for this year scheduled.  Sometimes I feel crazy!!

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee

L:  Rest of yesterday's Pork Chop, Turnip Greens, Salad w/ Pepper vineg. dressing
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Piece of Sausage, Scrambled eggs w/ cheese, bite of Apple Pancake made with carbquik
S:  Chocolate Truffle Protein Drink

Vitamins:  Done
Water/Fluids:  105 ozs
Miles:  3.46 miles (1.5 miles jogged rest walked)

One day down of good eating if I go to bed without messing up!!

haha...i only read the first couple of words to your post and thought you were referring to me writing the wrong date or something.  That's pretty bad Linda that you moved and everything and still had an old appt. card.

I threw my box of carbquik out.  It was so old I figured it probably had worms. I just couldn't get past the carb cravings it gave me.

I had not used the carbquik in a long time, just thought I would try it again...  we will see if it causes me problems now.

I had a really busy, hectic day today guys! Didn't get to walk and that always bums me out. Especially on a day when I need it. Managed to eat a couple of Hershey's Kisses and Life Savers today, but it's ok.

B-egg white omelet with spinach, onions, tomatoes, cheddar cheese and a plum

L-insides of a hoagie(we teachers were given a lunch by parents today) and a TBl. of pasta salad

S-apple, carrots, peanut butter

D-salmon, broccoli

S-two chicken wings
