A string of 3 days

Hello Lightweights! Just checking in that I have survived three days of "kitchen closed" after dinner. My only exceptions are a protein drink(not a protein bar), water, coffee or tea.

It has helped tremendously with the evening muchies, head hunger, and nibbling.

Have a great day!

I have to do this too .  They say eating too late is THE biggest factor in gaining weight.  Europeans eating habits ( big meal at noon, lite later ) bear this out ..

I'm so guilty of munching on popcorn in bed... and lately I've started taking entire MEALS before the tv which means digesting the protein keeps me a restless sleeper . STOoPPiD   I know better its just too easy to fall into bad old habits

I do some kind of protein (shake, hot chocolate, drink) after supper.  I do think it helps.

I ate dinner really late and partially in bed watching tv  .  I did wake up hungry and with the  tv still on grrr.  Don' know whether to allow  some night/comfort snacking - air popped popcorn w fat free cheese sauce and fruit are my staples to eat in bed .

I used to love reading and snacking and always ate in front of the tv .  Not sure i can successfully switch to jus****er  lime lol
