I made the family the best hamburger steak yesterday. They were so happy.

I make hamburger patties in a pan with some thin sliced onions. Once the hamburgers are done take them out and I put in mushrooms. Saute the mushrooms with onions until soft sprinkle some flour to make the base. Add in beef brother to make the gravy. Once it's done add back in the hamburgers for 10 minutes and simmer. Omg so good.
