What's going on?

Thanks Roz!!! I have thought about upping my proteins but since I wasn't losing any weight I was scared to add the extra calories. I have started adding a Protein Pak pudding in my premier protein drinks in the morning to add a little thickness and more protein but I only drink half the drink for breakfast (8am) and the other half for AM snack (10am) - it comes out total to 260 calories with 45 proteins, 10 carbs and 1 sugar and tastes pretty good! The downfall is it pushes my lunch back to around 12:30 - 1:00 ish so come 3:00 I'm full and not wanting/needing an afternoon snack, of course my afternoons fly by and before I know it it's after 5:30 and time for dinner, since dinner is so late I don't like to/nor am I hugry for a snack afterward dinner and before bed. I think I am just going to try to push my breakfast back a little which will push everything but dinner of course back and this way maybe I can get a afternoon protein snack in. Thank You so much for helping us newbies when we have questions, it really means a lot! especially when we know there are many Vets that don't come on the site anymore, they lost their weight and have moved on with their lives. So Thank You!!!
